Remembering Your Dad today and the Clinton Legacy in Lansing. He was our own "Dr. Huxtable." And of course, remembering your beautiful mom.

Dr. Canada was my early mentor on the North Regional Board of Dentistry. He had the wonderful balance of true professionalism tempered with a heart of gold. He will be missed not only for what he did, but especially for the values he held and taught by his wonderful life. John Mullally, DDS Muskegon, MI

Dr. Canady and I had many good times while serving together on the MI Board of Dentistry. He was very influential in my growth as a professional and was instrumental in supporting me as the first Dental Hygienist to serve as Chair of the Board. I will truly miss him and remember him as a great friend that loved to enjoy life with everyone.

My dad, Frank Thonger, lived right across the hall from Doc. They had a friendship for the short time they were neighbors at Burcham Hills. We visitors (daughter and son-in-law) were glad to have met Doc and enjoyed our interactions with him. We are sorry for your loss, and we hope your memories help to ease some of the pain of his passing.

Dear Canady family,
I have just this week learned about the passing of your dad, Dr. Canady. Although I live in Pennsylvania, I have often asked my parents "How is Dr. Canady?" He was my first dentist and an excellent role model in the community. I thank God for your family and their impact on bettering our community.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Canady family. He was a tremendous role model for me as a young man growing up in Lansing.
Dr. Canady was a great leader whose courage to fulfill his vision appeared to come from his passion, not his position. A trait he seems to have passed on to his children.

Upon coming to Lansing in 1972 I needed a dentist. Everyone recommended Doc Canady. That was the best decision I made and as a result all three of my children went to him for dental work. I will miss him and may he forever RIP. He was a great man and will be missed by the entire Lansing community.

To the Canady Family - Allow the wonderful memories of Dr. Canady to warm your heart. Celebrate his life and all that he has done. My mother, Maudie Rogers, was Dr. Canady's dental assistant for many, many years. I have spent many childhood days in his waiting room talking to him, Ms. Irene and the Dunnings. I have seen first hand how Dr. Canady treated his patients with care and love. Dr. Canady was a wonderful role model in my life. I will miss him. He was truly a wonderful human being. You all have my love and sympathy.

Dear family of Dr. Canady
When our family emigrated to the area from french-Canadain 1963, Dr. Canady welcomed us to his office with open arms. He always asked how I was doing in school, was I performing up to my potential; and always inquired if I was helping my parents around the house.
May you find strength and comfort in knowing Dr. Canady touched thousands of individuals, and made a difference.
Sincerely,
Claude Leblanc
