David Charles "Charlie" Baker

David Charles "Charlie" Baker April 28, 1953-May 25, 2011 David Charles Baker, 58, passed away on May 25, 2011 at his home in Ludington with his loved ones gathered around him. David was born on April 25, 1953 in Portland, Michigan and is the son of John H and Alice P (Hoover) Baker/Schavey. He was preceded in death by his father, John H Baker and nephew John Shayne Baker. Surviving is his mother Alice Schavey of Ludington, step-mother Evah Baker of Portland, siblings: Shirley (Bill) Bohr of Westphalia, Carroll (Paul) Green of Lyons, John G (Jack) Baker of Ludington, Sherry (Bill) Spedoske of Portland, family friend James Schavey of Pentwater. Also surviving is his son Eric C and Ellen E (Esmacher) Larson, grandchildren Hunter J and Payton T Larson of Holt, Michigan; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Per David's wishes, cremation has taken place with a private memorial at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Research Foundation or Hospice of Michigan in David's name.
