Denise Lynn Wysocki

Lansing - Denise Lynn Wysocki, 54, left the bounds of earth on October 14, 2017. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 2, 1963 to Myrna & Stanley Wysocki.

Denise was a kid at heart who had many interests and loves in her life but none more important than her three children, Eric, Shauna and Daniel. Her favorite activity was the vacation time she spent in Florida with her children, whether along the stretch of Daytona Beach or visiting Disney World, a passion she loved to share with them. Denise also loved any outdoor activity that allowed her to be in the sun and share lively conversation with friends, and those soon to be one. It can honestly be said that she never met a stranger.

Her creative side was well known and included photography, creating latch hook rugs and the elaborate multi-holiday decorations that were her signature. Her love of music and animation were two additional passions that she shared with her children and friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her beloved boyfriend Ron & her 4 cats.

She is survived by her children Eric Lee Sewell Jr., Shauna Nicole Sewell, Danny Lee Sewell, and grandchildren Amaya Carter and Xavier Carter. She is also survived by father Stanley Wysocki and stepmother Patricia Wysocki of Florida, brothers Michael Wysocki and Brian Wysocki, sister Michele Betz, (Gene) of Michigan, nieces Nakia Betz and Alicia Hummel. And Ron Kenny, her love of the last 7 years. Denise is predeceased by her mother Myrna Wysocki. Denise is also survived by her extended family that includes Barbara Frank, Sherry Kilian, Craig Stott and Families.
