I remember a Story my dad told me about Donny. He was watching him play baseball and Grandpa Gus would always position him with his hand where to stand by looking at the batters stance, The bases were loaded and the batter laid down a bunt, Donny bare handed the ball with the batter just steps away from first base and still threw him out. The thing I remember about him telling it wasn't so much the story, but seeing the face a man telling a story with pride in his son. Like a glow. As they grew older they grew apart, but I do know my Dad always loved him.
