Elizabeth Cleeves Obituary
Lansing
Age 91, passed away Monday, December 7, 2015. Elizabeth was born April 8, 1924 in Lansing, Michigan the daughter of Harold and Irene (Kramer) Palmiter. She has been a resident of the Lansing area her entire life and a Charter Member at St. Casimir Catholic Church. Betty was an avid sports fan but her family was the most important thing to her. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, Donald before his passing in 2009.
Betty is survived by her two loving daughters, Kathleen S. (Ken) Wotring and Kerry A. Miller; brothers, Richard (Jackie) and James (Janet) Palmiter; grandchildren, Corey (Amy) Wotring, Casey (Ashley) Wotring, Dustin (Samantha Mireles) Miller, Christian (Kali Helmic) Miller; great grandchildren, Silas and Abram Wotring, Dustin II, Payton and Macsen Miller. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held, Monday, December 14, 2015, 11:00 AM at the Palmer, Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Home, Lansing Chapel with Rev. Fr. Bill Lugger officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends, Sunday, December 13, 2015, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 PM. In memory of Betty, memorial contributions can be made to Heartland Hospice. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.palmerbush.com.
