Evelyn M. Graham

Evelyn M. Graham St. Johns Evelyn M. Graham, died January 4, 2014 at the age of 94. Born December 20, 1919 in Livonia, MI to Charles Ernest and Anna Marie (Rossow) Schmidt, Evelyn worked as a cook in a local restaurant. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fowler. Evelyn was an avid Tigers fan and loved spending time with her family. She married Norman H. Graham on January 6, 1951 and he preceded her in death in 1991. Surviving are her daughter, Janice Graham of St. Johns, many nieces and nephews, and her special "grandchildren" Kelly (Patrick) McCormack, Dawn Arens, and Craig Arens. In addition to her husband, Norman, Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Gayle Ann Graham; brothers, George Schmidt and Donald (Wes) Schmidt; and sister, Elsie (Raymond) Heidt. Funeral Services will be held 12 noon Friday, January 10, 2014 at the Osgood Funeral Home, 104 E. Cass Street, St. Johns, MI 48879 with Pastor Paul Clark officiating. Burial will follow at North Farmington Cemetery in Farmington Hills, MI. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association. The family is being served by the Osgood Funeral Home.
