Frank C. Utter Fowlerville Frank C. Utter, age 78, died Tuesday Sept. 11, 2012 at home. He was born August 26, 1934 to Irving F. and Ethel M. (Jones) Utter and married Ann B. Hillman on Sept. 21, 1957. Frank graduated from Fowlerville High School in 1952 and was a veteran of the US Army. He owned Utter's Menswear in Fowlerville for 30 years, was a State Racing Commission Steward for 25 years, a member of Fowlerville First United Methodist Church, Fowlerville Rotary (Past President) life member of Fowlerville Masonic Lodge #164 F & AM (Past Master), Member of the Michigan Horseman's Association., US Trotting Association., Lansing American Legion, and a life Member of the Disabled American Veterans. Surviving are his wife: Ann, 3 sons: Philip (Carolyn) of Fowlerville, Paul (Kristine Brenner) of Webberville, John of Howell and daughter Deborah Utter of Byron, 4 grandchildren: Ryan Utter, Jessica Utter, Anthony Allore and Quintin Brenner, sister: Ruth Davis of Arizona and special family friends: Alyce Simonson and Suzette Thiessen. Services 2:00 p.m. Sat. Sept. 15, 2012 at Fowlerville First United Methodist Church with Pastor Thomas Tarpley officiating with interment in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 Friday at Niblack Funeral Home, Dillingham Liverance Chapel Fowlerville.
