Janet Gustafson Obituary

Janet Gustafson Lansing Janet Gustafson, age 71, born June 17, 1938 to Everett and Twylah (Beers) Angell; went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 8, 2009. Mrs. Gustafson enjoyed being a homemaker and her special talent and love was in her sewing abilities. She adored her husband Ray (married 51 years), and her granddaughter Katie was the "apple of her eye". Preceding her in death were her parents, and her son, Raymond L. Gustafson. Surviving are her loving husband Ray; daughter-in-law Penny Gustafson of Portland, MI; granddaughter Katie Gustafson of Portland, MI; and three sisters. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 13, 2009 at 12 Noon, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Washington, DeWitt, MI with Pastor Ronald Brooks of Central United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends at the Chapel Sunday, July 12, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.. Those desiring may make contributions to Hospice House of Mid-Michigan, P.O. Box 30480 Lansing, MI 48909 in memory of Mrs. Gustafson.
