Just Sunday I had a conversation with another Harmonica player about people that helped us learn and John came up. Some places I go I still think about the fun times he was a part of.

Ricardo and I were so very sorry to hear of your loss. John was such a gentle loving man and we have great memories of our adventures in the 70's. We send our condolences and love to his family. We remember John showing us pictures of his kids long before they arrived. He loved all of you very much. May those memories help you in this time of sorrow.

What a dear man John was--he always was such a gentle host to our movie group, and his artistic sensibilities manifested in the garden and the household created such a beautiful environment. We will all miss him.

A friend, a mentor, and a man of true wit and wisdom. Although, I seldom saw John in the last few years, it made me smile just to know he was out there being John.
John was a kind man, a gentleman (and gentle man) in a world populated by far to few.
Those of us who knew him will miss him.

I am so sorry to hear about John's passing. I knew him as Grace's husband, before her own passing some years ago. As someone who has experienced the pain of this kind of loss, my prayers go out to his family during this time.
