DuMont Family,

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of Joe.

I feel fortunate to have met him, even though there were only three ocassions upon which we visited.

I was immediately impressed with him from the moment of our first handshake. Something about the look in his eye and his kind, even manner made me feel as though I had known him many years.

A truly impressive man.

Joe DuMont was an inspiration to everyone who knew hime. He was a man of such strong faith...and an enormous love of family, nature and art. In fact, Joe put his heart into everything he did...including cheering for his great-grandson at his hockey games! Joe, your laughter will never be forgotten.
