Julie Anne (Ziegler) Stringer, of East Lansing, MI, passed away February 5, 2017 in Niles, MI. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, February 17, 2017, 3:00 pm at Berrien Center Bible Church, 8830 M-140, Berrien Center, MI. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Douglas Pratt or the Salvation Army in Niles, MI. Share a memory of Julie online at www.heritage-chapel.com. Julie was born in Lansing, MI, on August 5, 1946, to George and Ellen (Donahue) Ziegler. She raised three sons, owned and marketed Starving Artists and fulfilled her desire to help others by volunteering as a cook at the Salvation Army. Julie touched the hearts of her family and countless others who will dearly miss her. Julie is survived by her three sons Ronald Pratt, Douglas (Linda) Pratt and LT. Daniel Pratt; grandchildren Brandi Pratt, Alyssa Pratt, Kelsi Gemalsky and John Pratt; and a sister Kris (Stephen) Cooper. She was preceded by her parents and brother, Eric "Duffy" Ziegler
