I was heartbroken to hear about Norm's passing. I grew up living next door to him and will always cherish the little visits I'd have with him and Doris as I got older. Norm was a wonderful man that always had a smile and a kind word. My heartaches for his family. You'll be greatly missed, Norm.

My husband and I were also norm and doris neighbors.What a special man, always ready to help in the good and bad.Even when we told them we were moving to muskegon, Norm offered to help in anyway he could.The 2 of them even took a trip up to see our new home, how special that was. Our kids will miss you Mr.Norm and so will we. RIP our friend. Now you are really flying high.

My wife Rebecca and I bought our first house next door to Norm and Doris 11 years ago this month. We couldn't have asked for better neighbors! They are amazing people. They watched our 7 and 11 year old boys grow from birth, they adored them both. From the first time I met Norman at our fence there was no looking back, we just clicked. There wasn't anything we wouldn't do for each other. We had a mutual saying of "hey, that's what neighbors are for" and believe me we both used it a lot. I don't know what I would have done without you Norm, you'll always be my buddy at the fence.
