Bob was one of the greatest guys I ever had the chance to know. I would have never made it as long as I did in the Forestry Dept. If he wouldn't have helped me and in the meantime became a very close friend and confidant. Bob was always there and willing to lend a hand or give advise when I needed it the most. Bob will be missed and loved forever but never forgotton. God bless the Frayer family.
