Albert Crabtree Obituary

Albert Wayne Crabtree Albert Wayne Crabtree, 75, of Lubbock passed away at home with his family in Daingerfield on August 4, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Resthaven's Abbey Chapel with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2011 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home. He is survived by two sons, Robert W. Hunt (Debbie) and Kelvin Crabtree (Martha); one daughter, Lawaynea Ryan; three granddaughters, Lawanda Duke, Shirlina Simmering (Anthony) and Mandi Paterson (Bob); four great-grandchildren, Dakota and Keely Duke, Shaley Lucas and Payge Patterson; one great-great grandson, Aiden Lucas; two stepsons, Martin and Staton Williams; three step-grandsons; five step great-grandchildren; and two step great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Preston and Leland Crabtree; one brother-in-law, R.L.Southerland; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lona Crabtree; his wife and best friend of 20 years, Linda Crabtree; and his sister, Yvonne Southerland.
