Matthew Pickett Obituary
Matthew Wayne Pickett, 30, of Lubbock passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018. He was born November 6, 1987. He is survived by his mother, Daphne Scott; father, Wayne Pickett and wife Christy; brothers, James Scott, Robert Scott, Brian Helmers and Cody Pickett; sister, Turquoi Pickett; and step sister, Anstasia Briseno. He was preceded in death by a sister, Cassidy Pickett. The family will receive friends at Sanders Funeral Home on Saturday from 6-8:00 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate Matthew's life will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at St. Benedick's Chapel, 1615 28th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79411 from 3-6:00 p.m. Memorial donations are suggests to be made to St. Benedick's Chapel, PO Box 745, Lubbock, Texas 79407.

Bless your hearts with peace and love I have known Matthew and his brothers since they were babies along with their mother Daphne. He was a kind hearted boy and young man.
