It’s still hard to believe my friend, Raul, has gone to sleep. Thankful for the laughs about the funny things the grand kids said and did. He proudly talked anout his ‘mijas and how smart they were.”
He was usually always happy at and took great pride in a job well done. He especially liked to make people laugh. Will never forget his kind and helpful heart.
Rest in peace my friend, till Jesus comes to wake you up.
May God continue to bless your family in every way, every day. May they feel God’s strength and comfort around them during this time. May God help them all to have a good, kind and helpful heart that brings laughter to those aroond them, just like their dad and Popo. In Jesus’ name , Amen
His elementary through high school classmate, LCU coworker and friend.

Known Raul since 3rd grade. We got in trouble for talking and laughing during school by Mrs. Crocket. Even got paddled by her one after the other. He was a great friend and I considered Raul like a brother. Lost touch after high school then rekindled our friendship working at LCU. Seemed like our friendship picked up where it left off. Laughed about the funny things the kids did while growing up and how our grand children blessed our hearts. It was very evident to me that Raul loved his family very much. He loved spending time with his grand-daughters and often told me stories of the different things they did together. Usually had me in tears laughing about the funny things they said or did. I will miss my friend and his funny recounting of his time with his precious babies.
Condolences to his family. Raul was a great guy. He always brought laughter and joy to those willing to take the time to conversate. I thank God for sharing him with us. He will be missed.
His friend always,
