I got to share some mornings with Don over a cup of coffee or two. We talked of family, friends, sports and many other topics. He would always say how much he
appreciated me stopping by to spend the time with him. I dont know if he realized how much that time spent meant to me.
What a great man. We will all miss you.

It was a great pleasure to have Don as a bus driver throughout high school...120 miles round trip, Don would drive the Elgin/caliente portion of the route. Since the road was long we had the privilege to hear all the stories, dodge all the rocks, navigate the meadow valley wash without incident even while catching some air on the dips, get certain individuals out of the bus before they could vomit, oh the memories...good times. I am glad Don was there for all of it...you will be missed.
