Morris Adger Obituary

Heaven received another angel when Morris Harvey Adger passed away Feb. 20, 2006. Morris was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and a friend to all. He was born in Hot Springs, Ark., Dec. 10, 1931. He established the Morris Studios of Photography in Long Beach, Calif., in 1959, and has been a resident of Boulder City since 1989, as a business owner of DCI Photography. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of the B.C. Elks and a Mason. Morris is survived by his wife, of 55 years, Patricia A. Adger; daughter, Sheila Adger of Bullhead City, Ariz.; daughter and husband, Melony and Ed Housel of Boulder City; son and wife, Randall and Deborah Adger of Boulder City; grandson, Christopher Clements of Las Vegas; granddaughters and husbands, Shilo and Brad Dantzer of Murietta, Calif., Brandie and Joseph Craig of Santa Maria, Calif., and Theresa Adger of Las Vegas; great-grandchildren, Dakota and Brayten Dantzer of Murietta, Calif., and Raven Smith of Las Vegas. Morris was preceded in death by his twin brother, Dolia M. Adger of Fullerton, Calif. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at Grace Community Church in Boulder City. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Research or to Grace Community Church.
