When I was going through my grandmas passing, I stayed up all night secretly crying, showering any free time just letting it all out. I had a hard time going through it, proud to say I did it my daughter was my only back bone to make me smile even though she was so little she helped me though it. Going through a hard depression that's what made me stronger and now I come to realize she's looking down on Andrea and I smiling and proud how strong I've been doing. I miss her dearly not a day goes by I don't think about her. I know she's proud.
I miss you grandma!

not a day goes by with out a memory or a thought about you passes through my mind, I know your looking down on Andrea, Mom my brothers & I. all the laughter and good memories we've shared will forever stick with me. I love you and I miss you so much grandma.

I remember Peggy and her sisters from years ago when I visited Las Vegas. My grandmother, Lucille Nation Slaughter, was Peggy's aunt. May God bless your family as you celebrate and remember Peggy's life.

Well today was a blessing for Peggy knowing that her new life will be with God and her family up in heaven.SO DON'T BE SAD FOR HER.WE ONLY GOT A LITTLE TIME IN THIS WORLD.So what I got from Peggy was love the one's who show there love to you, Because we just don't know when life ends for anyone.so love the one's that you are going to miss when they are gone. so thank you Peggy.and you was loved by so many people in this world.You are a blessing in my world and you are going to be missed by so many.May GOD keep blessing you.You will always be in my heart as a life blessing that came across in my life. Peggy--you are the last of the Hightower girls and one of the best. You and your sisters and brother will dwell forever in my heart and memories along with those of Herschel and Louise. May God bless you and give my love to Linda when you see her.

Thank you Peggy, for always looking after Mom when she went in to play a little video poker. You were so kind and helpful with her and dad and I will never forget. You were a happy person and someone that was wonderful to be around. I would come to visit Mom and dad from CA and I always got a kick out of seeing you! Your "laugh" was priceless. I hope you and Mom are up in heaven playing a little video poker and having some fun. I know she'll be happy to see you. RIP Peggy xoxoxo
