Thinking of you all as you celebrate the remarkable life of Pete, aka Big Pete as I affectionately would call him, and he would then give a chuckle.

Over the years, I was lucky to see the love Pete had for his family, but as I sat down to gather my thoughts to share. I was reminded of one memory, that at the time I wouldn't know the importance of it, as it was just a Dad watching his son perform and having a good time with his family, but now I know that it was a wonderful thing to witness.

We were at a Medium Brown show, I think it was a CD release event and Peter was on stage performing. Many of the Cicchetti clan were there that night. I happened to be sitting next to Liza, Judy and Big Pete. It was loud and crowed and everyone was having a great time.

Pete turned and looked at me with a huge smile on is face and said thats my son as he pointed to the stage. This would not be the only time I witnessed this. I was lucky to witness the love Pete had for all of his family over the years, at family events, Pete and Alicia's wedding, when Bella and Rocco joined this world and many many more. May the memories shared bring a smile to your face and comfort during this time.

My love is with all of you.

My family will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

With love and sympathy.

Dear Judy and family,
Although it´s been a while since we were neighbors, I often think of you. I was truly sorry to hear this news about Peter´s passing. He was a really good guy and fun to be around.
I´ll never forget the night he dragged us up to Mt Charleston to lay on the deck and look for shooting stars. I had just flown in from NJ after a really busy week and only wanted to crawl into bed and sleep. He said it was a rare opportunity, not to be missed, and he was coming in 20 minutes to get me.
Dress warm and be ready! Needless to say he was right and I´ve always been glad I went that night.
Love to all of you and strength to push forward. It´s not ever easy. Treasure your memories.
Hugs to you all,
Elaine
