RUBY MCINTOSH Obituary

RUBY MCINTOSH Ruby McIntosh, 81, passed away peacefully Friday, January 18, at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas. She was surrounded by her daughter, Leanne and son-in-law, Keith. In the mid-1960's, seeking a new life, Ruby got in a Ford Mustang and headed west to Las Vegas where she has since been a lifelong resident. She was employed as a hotel cashier by many of the historic casinos in Las Vegas including the Sahara, Excalibur and Frontier. After working for the Stardust Hotel and Casino for 15 years, she retired in 2006 when it closed. Ruby had the proverbial green thumb and enjoyed gardening and tending to her rose bushes as well as her many indoor plants. She also enjoyed spending time with her dogs, Benson, Hedges and later, Rustee, whom she treated like spoiled children. She had a vivacious personality and enjoyed talking to the many guests and celebrities that passed through the casinos. She was loved and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Per Ruby's wishes, she was cremated and there will be no memorial services.

I'm so sorry, my heart goes out to you for your loss there are no words to express the sadness felt from your pain. But God knows how you feel and can provide great comfort through his word at John 6:40.
