SAMUEL ASTON Obituary

SAMUEL ASTON Samuel Aston, 90, of S. Jordan, Utah, passed away June 21, 2013. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a 52-year resident of Clark County. Samuel is survived by his wife, Viola; children, Gary, Joyce (Asay), Tom and Jay; 19 grandchildren; and 45 great-grandchildren. He will be missed. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, at the LDS Chapel, 6900 West 14900 South, Herriman, Utah. Burial will be at the Utah Veterans Cemetery. There will be a special tribute to honor Samuel Aston will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, during the North Las Vegas LDS Stake Patriotic Concert.

Our Hearts go out to the Aston Family. Did not know Sam really well, but knowing Jay as we did, Sam was an exceptional Father and Human being. I have heard nothing but good from those who knew Sam better than we did. May the Lord continue to keep you in his Loving Arms!!!
