STACEY DEAN

STACEY DEAN Born Felicidad DeMonte, Stacey Dean was a long time resident of Las Vegas. She first came to the valley in the late 1960's, working in the culinary union as a cocktail waitress at the Bonanza, the Hilton, and the Dunes. She loved building and decorating homes, but her passion was Astrology. For 40 years she shared that passion with friends and clients far and wide, and even opened her home to others interested in studying the art of divination. She is survived by her three children, Michele Behnen of Las Vegas, Daniel McManus (Melissa McManus) of Slidell, Louisiana, and Kathleen McManus (John Ammerman) of Atlanta, Georgia, her five grandchildren, Melanie Wolcott (Dustin Wolcot), Cecilia McManus (Jeff McManus), Liam Ammerman (Kelsey Ammerman), Brianne Behnen, and Brooke Behnen, and herr one great grandson, Bowen Daniel Wolcott. Her beloved parents, Emile and Mary DeMonte, her brother, Emile DeMonte Jr. and her eldest granddaughter, Dena McManus McNeese, preceded her death. She will be buried alongside her dear friend and companion, Robert Walbeare, who died in 2019. A Memorial in her honor will be held at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern in May 21, 2021 at 5 pm.
