It comes as a shock to know he´s passed. I remember seeing him in the hallways at school all throughout elementary school, middle school, and high school. We were acquaintances, knew a lot of the same people, had a lot of the same friends, but never spoke to one another. I remember wondering who he was, I mean, as a person. All those years knowing him, without ever really knowing him. Looking back, he was never caught up in any social dilema or drama. He stayed out of problems and trouble. He was beautiful on the outside, and there was something deeper to him. I could always tell. He was like a wallflower. It´s people like that who are taken too soon. They walk upon us only for a short period, until they have to go back to the heavens. Rest in peace, Zach.

Zach, remember when you texted me saying "Baby I love you so much. I was just laying here in bed thinking about how in love with you I am. You're the best person I know, I am so lucky to have you as a girlfriend, as a best friend." or "I love you babe. I just woke up and my heart is literally aching for you....I don't even know how you can love me. But I'm so grateful you do."
I can still hear you when you'd say these things to me. I always think about how in love I am with you. YOU are the best person I know. I am so lucky to have you as a boyfriend, as a best friend. I wake up every day and my heart literally aches for you. I am so grateful for you and your love. You'd say you don't even know how I can love you but babe, loving and being with you is the best thing I've ever done. If I never accomplish anything in life, I would be okay with it because as corny as it may sound I know I accomplished love with you. And I want you to know, you accomplished love with me. (And I know you're probably saying "ohh babe you are just sooo beautiful"-but lowkey meaning crazy too hah) and if I accomplish anything in life since this has happened, you undeniably will have a hand in it, because all of my decisions are based on and inspired by you. I'm so proud that we don't have the typical "regret not telling or showing love more" others experience when they lose someone. We made sure we knew, always. I'm so sad, I couldn't make you a husband, give you children, or all the other things we had in our plans. You would have been the best father. I miss so much of what we would have had. But what we did have, I wouldn't trade for anything and would give everything to have it back. I know you know my heart better than ever, you know all my thoughts, feel all my pain. I know you're 'in a better place' but I'm also pretty certain you're missing and feeling every single thing I am being apart. Our souls are meant to be together. Remember how we'd talk about how life or people tried to keep us apart but the universe (God) always always pulled us back to each other no matter what the situation? How we always knew it was because we belonged to each other. No one can ever take this away from us. We will be together again and it'll be such a beautiful day. I miss every single thing. I miss hearing your laugh so much, it's always always been my favorite sound. I miss your voice. I miss how safe and secure we felt together. I miss 'not being close enough'. I honestly don't know how to be. I don't know how without you. I love you with my whole heart and soul and need you to stay very close to me because I don't know how without you. I'm trying to be strong to make you proud and to stay the person you fell in love with. You're the absolute best part of my life and the best thing that's ever happened to me, thank you for so much. Maybe things have become the way they are for a bigger plan. Bigger than what you had for yourself, bigger than what we had for ourselves. Whatever the reason may be, the love that consumes the rest of your existence only justifies that you are the one above helping your loved ones through this. We met one time very briefly. I will never forget the time I accidentally got hit in the face at a show and my nose was crooked after the fact. Within 15 minutes I ran into Zach. He looked at me and got a huge smile on his face when he saw my nose. When he got a good look at it he asked me if it hurt and I said I wasn't really feeling anything. He said good! Grabbed my face and proceeded to 'pop' my nose back in to place. I would have never trusted anyone else to do that, and probably wouldn't have allowed him if I had a choice ;) But he was always looking out for the people around him. Zach will truly be missed, but will NEVER be forgotten. Thank you for all the laughs and great times Boba. Positive thoughts are being sent to your family from here in Vegas and all over the world.

Zach you were a wonderful person! So full of life. I only knew you a short time but I already knew you were a great nurse/co- worker. You helped me through the transition from Nebraska to the fast track of Nevada without blinking an eye! I learned a lot from you and am sad to know that your gone. I've met Zach two times in Germany, and he was one of the most loyal guys i have met. I appreciate it to the limit that i had the chance to hang out with him.
