Muehl, Bernard Earl age 88; of Fraser; died August 16, 2017. Military honors and committal services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2017 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Mr. Muehl was born in Halfway, MI on September 12, 1928 to Harvey and Mildred (Kessler) Muehl. He was a Marine Corp veteran of WWII and was retired from the Macomb Daily. He was a former member of the Eagles, Teamsters, and the BBC Boat Club. He was an avid boater and animal lover. Surviving are 2 sons, Robert Muehl of Walled Lake and Keith (Linda) Muehl of Holly; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother Marvin (Bernice) Muehl of Fraser; sisters, Beryl Labatzsky of Clinton, Dorothy Destooper, and Jane Guthrie of IN. He was preceded in death by his sister Lois Giacobozzi and his former wife Jacqueline. Memorial donations may be made to the Michigan Humane Society of Macomb County. www.dryerfuneralhomeholly.com
