It was my blessing to have known, worked with, and worked for Otis. He reflected credit upon himself and the Air Force as a Chief and was dedicated to doing his best for DMS. He made a difference!

I want to send my condolences to the family. Otis and I were close as children being first cousins in Louisville, Mississippi. I recall many happy hours together! He and I followed similar paths as adults...both retired from the U.S. Military, both Masons.
My deepest sympathy to all who loved him and I know he will be missed dearly. Jasper Lee (JL) Ray, Eclectic, Alabama
