I knew Norm through an old friend named Chris Lash who used to work for Norm at his Bulldog Tavern back in 1995. Norm was always so nice to me. I used to sell cars at Auburn Pontiac back in those days and spent many nights holding the pool table there from the time I walked in until closing time on some nights. I'll never forget Norm watching me play the last game of the night and I had the eight ball near the corner pocket. Since Norm was watching, and I was on a roll, I decided to call it in the corner off of four rails. Norm told me if you make that shot Skip, I'm taking you out for a night on the town! I made the shot. Chris wanted to go with us. Norm said sorry that it was just him and Skip as he left Chris to close up. Norm, you were always so nice to me - a true gentleman. You knew what a hard time I was going through after my mom had passed away. I consider myself fortunate to have known you. Rest in Peace.

Condolences for his two sons and Anne Marie. Spent many times in Norm's Bulldog Tavern. I was shocked to hear of Norm's passing. Had known him since he took over and purchased the Avon Bar.

Having known Eric for the past 12 or so years, I get a sense of Norm being a hard worker, successful business owner, adventurer, and good man. All qualities that he passed on to Eric. My son, Kevin, always enjoyed his time at Norm's house. We love Eric and are grateful for your gift of such a good man into our lives. So sorry I never had occasion to meet you, Norm, but know that you live on in the memory of those who knew and loved you and in the life of a good son who is a gift to those around him!

I only knew Norm through Annemarie. She and the boys fought so hard for Norm's life. Their struggle is a reminder to me of how precious--and fleeting--life is and how we need to make the most of each day. Norm sure seemed to.

My heart goes out to Norm and his family. He will truly be missed and will always be loved. I had the pleasure of meeting Norm a year ago in one of his favorite places Naples, FL. He was so positive and strong with the best sense of humor. He never gave up and was a true fighter. I feel blessed to have met him and his person will last in my memories always.

I've known Norm and worked for him for 32 years. We drove each other crazy at times. We laughed many times. We respected each other and all our flaws always. I will miss you Norm. You will always hold a special place in my heart when I think of the past and when i walk imto Muldoons and see what you have created. Goodbye, my friend.

This year marks 10 years that I had the pleasure of being this kind, sweet, funny man's friend. So many memories shared that will never be forgotten. Praying for his sons during this difficult time. He loved and was so proud of them. He would light up every time he spoke of them. RIP Norm
