My deepest sympathy to the Sitek family. I just heard last night and I'm truly sorry for your loss. I worked with Rita for many years at Andrea's Garden. Although I haven't seen her in 10+ years, I will always remember what a wonderful person she was to work with. She was so funny and always made work fun. Truly a great person that will be missed dearly. May God bless you and keep you during this difficult time.

I'm not sure where to begin or even what to say. I have a million words in my head but I just can't seem to get them out. I want to say something that could help heal but I don't think my words are strong enough. Aunt Rita was SUCH an AMAZING and STRONG woman. Her life may not have lasted forever but she had an AMAZING journey. She had a love that lasted a lifetime with and AMAZING man and she was able to watch her BEAUTIFUL baby girl grow up into a an AMAZING woman. She made all of us laugh millions of times with her blunt humor....Uncle Dave and Jen I'm so sorry you lost an AMAZING person, but she will always be with you because her love for the two of you will never die. I wish I would have been able to see her one last time. I wish she would have been able to meet my son and fall in love with his personality. I wish I would have been able to give her one last hug and tell her I love her a million googles and bunches one last time. Aunt Rita you will forever be missed.

Dear Dave, So sorry to hear about the passing of your wife, Rita. Although I never knew her, the fact you selected her in life tells me me how good a person she must have been. I saw it in the paper. My wife (Rita too) and I will keep you and your family in our prayers. I am Mike Pal. We played neighborhood baseball together as teenagers with Sy Orlowski and Steve Vidmar. God bless all of you.
