Barbara Teat Obituary
Pendleton, SC
Barbara Wynelle Stamey Teat, 79, of Pendleton, died Monday, June 2, 2014 at AnMed Health in Anderson.
Born in Stephens County, GA, she was a daughter of the late Horace G. and Carrie Burkett Stamey. Barbara was a retired employee with BASF and a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Perry W. Teat of Greenville; 3 brothers, Billy Stamey and Jim Stamey both of Pendleton, Roger Stamey of Simpsonville; 3 sisters, Frankie Whitfield and Carolyn Bolt both of Pendleton and Judy Crocker of Norris.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Thursday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30, Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 215 East Calhoun Street, Anderson, SC 29621.

Barbara was always caring, kind and giving to those who were fortunate to have her as their friend. She was there for anyone in need and would always help whenever she could. Barbara loved her dog Snuggles and grew beautiful flowers. She was a forever friend to Willie and Floyd and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. We will keep her family close in thought and prayer.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all Barbara`s children and family. I am sorry for your loss. I remember Barbara from Central school as being a good friend .I have fond memories of Barbara and her kind ways.
