To the family of Barry, I wish I would of been able to meet him. I am sure he was a great man as I know his boys Dallas and Chris who I am great friends with. Celebrate the good times you had with them.

As a police officer in Roswell in Fulton Co., GA, I monitored the Fulton Co Police Department Radio. I recall how Barry's "Signal 78" (Look Out) for Santa Claus broadcast each year on Christmas eve brought us wishes of peace and happiness. That message always brought a tear to my eye. My wish for his family, and all who knew him, is that same peace and happiness as you celebrate with memories of his life.

My sincere condolences to the family and
loved ones of my friend Barry Batson.
It was my pleasure to work with Barry
many years ago at WBML radio. He was a multi tasker and also worked at a local
mortuary at the same time.
