Bertha Windham Obituary
Macon, GA- Funeral services for Bertha Windham will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, May 10, 2013 in the chapel of Jones Brothers Mortuary. Reverend Mack Thomas will officiate. Interment services will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Ms. Windham, 44, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013.
Survivors include four children, Heather, Christopher, Alexander and Travis; one sister, Tammie Batts; two grandchildren, Audrey Windham Brown and Madison Windham; and a host of other relative and friends. Personal and professional services are provided by Jones Brothers Mortuary.

I DID NOT KNOW THAT SHE WAS ILL BUT I WILL DO ALL THAT I CAN TO GIVE HER FAMILY REMAINING FLOWERS IN THE LAND OF THE LIVING. I WISH BEAUTY FOR YOUR ASHES AND JOY FOR YOUR MOURNING, MAY THE ANGELS THAT COMFORTED JESUS AND THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL ENCAMP THEMSELVES AROUND YOU AND LIGHT YOUR PATH DURING THIS HOUR AND ALL THE DAYS AHEAD. The Lord has called another Angels home to rest. To the family of Bertha Windham I am truly sorry about her home going, but just know she had a wonderful physical life here and she is still loved by all the people she touched. At a very young age she taught my children Sunday School lessons and was dedicated to the Lord then. We want forget her spirit, her smile or dedication to life and family. She maybe gone in appearance but her memory will always be with us.

Bertha was a fellow High School classmate, Class of '87. She will be missed, but know that this is just a temporary seperation; for our Lord has promised to those that know Him, we will be united again with our loved one. How I wish I could turn back the hands of time and visit with you each and every time I came back home to visit.
