Eatonton, Georgia - Mr. Bruce Lewis Hunnicutt, age 81, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026. A celebration of Bruce's life is being planned for May 3 in Eatonton
Bruce was born on May 15, 1944 in Macon, GA; to the late Clarence and Mamie Hunnicutt. He married his beloved wife Linda Jean Skinner Hunnicutt on September 10, 1966. They were married until her passing in 2012. Bruce worked until his retirement for Atlanta Dental Company. He was also an avid golfer. Bruce was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, his siblings Warner "Baxter" Hunnicutt, Clarence "Jr." Hunnicutt and wife Sara Hunnicutt, James "Jimmy" Hunnicutt and Shella "Joyce" Hunnicutt.
Bruce is survived by his two children Kim Butler (Terry Embry) and Brad Hunnicutt (Nickie Hunnicutt), four grandchildren Nicole Yopp, Michael Yopp, Bradley Hunnicutt and Brandon Hunnicutt, and 2 great grandchildren Tate Hunnicutt and Baker Hunnicutt
