He is survived by his wife, Kim Scott Manuel; daughters Quynnyata Manuel Griffin and Anjelica Manuel; siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, nephew, and other loved ones.

Celebration of Life: March 31, 2026, 11:30 AM at St. James A.M.E. Church (Bradley, Georgia).
He will be deeply missed.
