Carrie Hart Obituary

Carrie Bell Croft Hart -ELLENTON - Carrie Bell Croft Hart, age 93, died Sunday, April 12, 2009 at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be at Baker Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 2P.M. with interment in Hopewell Cemetery. Rev. Andy Croft and Rev. Lennon Howell will officiate. The Casketbearers will be Ryan Hart, Larry Hart, Chris Hart, Terrell Hart, Eric Kimbrell, Lynn Hargraves and Jerry Hargraves. -Mrs. Hart was born July 19, 1915 to the late Abe Croft and Anna Scott Croft in Colquitt County. She was a homemaker and a Baptist, and was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Preston Hart, a son, Ira Hart, a daughter, Juanita Summerall, a brother, James Croft, a sister, Etta Croft and two grandchildren, Judy Slocum and Donna Tillman. -Survivors include son, Larry Preston Hart and wife Chris of Warner Robins; daughters, Linda Kimbrell of Norman Park, Grace Hargraves and husband O.C. of Ellenton, Betty Brevig of Sparks and Mary Tillman of Ellenton; daughter-in-law, Shirley Hart of Ellenton; brother, Shelley Croft; sister, Ella Flowers; grandchildren, Ryan Hart and wife Ashley, Michelle Hart of Atlanta, Derek Hart of Warner Robins, Kelli Kimbrell of Augusta, Eric Kimbrell of Statesboro, Jerry Hargraves and wife Penny of Moultrie, Lynn Hargraves of Ellenton, Jean Blank and wife Chris of Nashville, Larry Hart and wife, Joyce, Chris Hart and wife Arlene of Lakeland, Terrell Hart of Adel, Mark Brevig of Sparks, Cathy Jenkinson of Valdosta, Carl Martin and wife Debbie of Adel; twelve great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. -Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. -Baker Funeral Home of Moultrie has charge of arrangements.
