Coretta Bembry -HAWKINSVILLE - Coretta Bembry, one of the sweetest, kindest, real Southern "ladies" of Hawkinsville, bade us adieu this morning, April 2, 2011, aged 91 years. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 11A.M. at Hawkinsville First Baptist Church with Dr. Don McClung officiating. -Ms. Bembry loved entertaining her family and friends with her tea parties. She was also an avid animal lover, especially dogs and cats. Ms. Bembry was preceded in death by her parents, Miles Lawson and Mary Elizabeth Wynne Bembry; one brother, Miles W. Bembry. -Visitation will be held Monday, April 4, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or contributions can be made to the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church. Burial will be at Orange Hill Cemetery. -Survivors include first cousins, Virginia Wynne Hallet, Margaret M. Sease, Nell Wynne Nobles, Evelyn Driggars Hays, Haywood Hughes Wynne, Carswell Cain Wynne, Wynella Wynne Martin, Margie Wynne Elkin and Karen Nobles Thomas.
