Darvin was a sweet young man. He was caring loving and supportive. I hate to see him leave like this but I will always have a speacial place in my heart for you. My favorite and last memory of you was when you came and meet me and your mom to get you your new phone. You was smiling and was so happy. Keep that big smile on your face. My heart is broken with sadness. It was such an joy to watch Darvin grow from a shy uncertain 14 year old into the amazingly talented, sweet young man he was. It was so wonderful to watch him in the shows at Northside High School and to speak with him at competitions and Thespian Conferences. He was such a kind, polite, funny and delightful young man. . I am so very sorry for your loss and pray for peace that passeth all understanding for your entire family.

Darvin was such a sweet, funny, talented, and supportive person. He was such a joy to be around. The lost of such an amazing person is saddening and heartbreaking. He always left a positive, mood- changing impression on everyone he encountered. Darvin is truly loved and missed beyond words. Keep singing, dancing, and playing that tuba loud and proud up there. Continuously sending thoughts and prayers to his family and friends!

I will remember Darvin with a smile. As a soft-spoken, yet wildly talented and disciplined young man. I consider it an honor and a privilege to have cheered for him from the audience, and support him and his peers in the drama program at NHS. He has left an indelible mark on so many lives! Please know that we will miss him. I am so sorry for your loss. I offer prayers of acceptance, strength, comfort and peace for everyone who knew and loved Darvin.

DJ I will miss you so much! You were such a great person. I wish I could have done more but my last memory of you will always keep me laughing. That night you took Shaneka and my pictures we just couldn't get it right, but no matter how long we took you were willing to wait. I'm going to miss you smiling and saying hey Mekmek! I loved you from the first moment I got to hold you. You were the sweetest and most caring child I knew. Our family will definitely miss having you around. As we try to continue on with our lives just know you will truly be missed. We love you so much & our family will never be the same without you!!!!
