Derrick Hall Obituary

Derrick Jason Hall -MACON - Derrick Jason Hall, 26, of Macon, Georgia, departed this life on November 15, 2008, at St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, from injuries received as a result of a motor vehicle accident. -He was born on November 27, 1981, in Macon, Georgia. He was a graduate of Southeast High School and a member of the Marine Corps ROTC program. He worked as a Security Guard with Continental Secret Services Bureau in Toledo, Ohio. He was an active member in AniMacon, an anime club in the central Georgia area. -He was preceded in death by his mother, Patti Otwell. Survivors include his father, Danny M. Hall; stepmother, Rhonda B. Hall; and his brother, Darran Tavin Hall. He is also survived by his many friends located in the Middle Georgia area and the Toledo, Ohio region. -A memorial service is planned for November 27 from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. to celebrate his life. This will be held at his parent's residence at 6591 Barfield Road, Macon, Georgia. -Family may be contacted at his parent's residence in Macon, Georgia. Derrick Hall

I had to look up your name but I´ve never forgotten you. I met you at Sanger branch library on central Ave in Toledo. You asked me out for coffee and I said yes. We laughed and talked over the computers and MySpace and you really brightened days that were hard for me. I was very sad when you passed and I still think about that every time I´m in Toledo and see a bus. Neither one of has to ride the bus these days, but nearing the anniversary of your departure off this plane, I hope you´re traveling the stars and I hope somehow you know that we´re still thinking of you

I am so sorry to hear of this tragedy.you may not remember me but I am JD's daughter Pj and you and Derrick used to come to the pawn shop when he was young. I have lost both dad and mom and realize how hard that is but I can't even imagine losing a child. my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
