Millie and family: I am deeply sorry for your loss. Know that our family continues in prayer for you and your family through this very difficult time. I have been praying for you and Dudley for some time. I did not know Dudley really well, in that we were not really close friends, but I shared a love of music with him and enjoyed singing in choir with him very much. I did not know he was 69! 59 maybe! That was a real surprise to me. He looked and behaved much younger. Dudley remained the eternal optomist through his entire ordeal and for that I know you are extremely proud. He very subtly prompted me on a couple of occasions to be more optomistic. He was absolutely correct. When you know who holds you in the palm of their hand, it is right to be optomistic. I was glad to know him and look forward one day to singing with him again in the greatest choir ever, on the other side of life. May the lord make his presence well known to you and the rest of the family now, and always...........your brother in our Lord.......Dave Peavy and family
