Ella Proctor Obituary
March 31, 1925 - February 28, 2025
Macon, Georgia - Services for Mrs. Ella P. Proctor will be 11 a.m. Saturday, February 8, 2025 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church.
Mrs. Proctor departed this life on January 28, 2025, just two months shy of her one hundredth birthday. She was a faithful member of Saint Peter Claver Catholic Church, where she served in playing the organ and piano for many years. She was the devoted wife of Dr. Charles Proctor, to whom she was married nearly fifty years. They raised four daughters and lived to see grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and The Links. Donations in her honor may be forwarded to Pine Pointe Hospice 478-633-5678.

Our prayers and condolences go out to the family. Mrs. Proctor was a dear friend of James and I. We would always stop by to see her after church. We are going to miss our visits. May God continue to bless each one of you.

I don't know if you remember me but I lived across the street from your beautiful mom and your dad in Macon and met all of you girls. They were the nicest neighbors I had and I loved both of them dearly. I have thought of them so much over the years. Your mom and my husband had the same birthday and they enjoyed that. This picture is so great and I am copying it to put in my book of my favorite memories. I am so sorry I can't be with you and personally express my love for her because I now live in Mexico. But know that my heart and tears are with you as you say goodbye and honor your wonderful mom.
