Forsyth, GA- Funeral services for Mr. Eric Jeremiah Ussery will be Saturday, February 27, time 2:00PM at New Providence Baptist Church, 2560 US Hwy 41 S, Smarr. Reverend Rufus J. Whatley, Eulogist. Burial Rest Haven Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Lashuna Ussery, four children, Corameechia Middlebrooks, Gregory Middlebrooks, LaQuindrick Ussery, Kiyah Ussery; grandchild, Kayden Middlebrooks; mother, Julia Andrews; fathers, Robert James Brooks and Willie (Johnnie Mae) Ussery; brothers,Tommy James Brooks, Tony Ponder; sister, Pamela Brown and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will greet friends Friday from 6:00-7:30PM at the funeral home.
Freeman Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
