Uncle Frank was a joy to hang around. His wonderful home with Auntie Dot was my second home. He loved to eat, fellowship, and help others. One of his favorite foods was collard greens and corn bread. I remember as a little girl asking him why He would eat his corn bread like that with his collard greens. His reply, "Cause Chile this is some good eating!" A civil rights activist, community leader, community organizer of the MLK March.
He received countless commendations, proclamation and plaques for His Acts of Kindness.
I will miss Uncle Frank!

He was a loving man- for his fellowman-community-justice- encouraged and never stopped giving or caring. He gave, gave, gave until he couldn't give anymore.
