Jeffersonville, Georgia - Howard Hugh Davis, Sr., 72, transitioned on June 2, 2021. Celebration of Life services are 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at First Baptist Church, 595 New Street, Macon. Viewing is from10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the church. Masks are required.
Howard will be sadly missed by his devoted wife, Jacqueline Davis; daughters, Regina Davis Hollis, Atlanta, GA and Morgan Davis; son, Howard H. Davis, Jr. (Angela) Jeffersonville, GA; siblings, Gordon N. Davis, Jr. (Josephine) Perry, GA, Robert C Davis(Camille) and Debra E. Ray, Macon, GA.; grandsons, Howard H. Davis III, Daniel Davis and Davis Hollis; and a host of relatives, family, and friends.
Services will be live-streamed on Youtube at Firstbaptistchurch1826.

Mrs. Davis, I am sorry to hear about the passing of Howard. Howard and I met casually at the American Legion, Post 594, Warner Robins and we talked several times in September 2020 through January 2021 for VA assistance. I enjoyed our conversations and I will miss him. May the love of God give you and your family members peace, comfort, strength through the days ahead and I pray you are surrounded by much love!

I will truly miss Howard. I was looking forward to bringing him his Sunday candy when we go back in the church for worship.
I enjoyed seeing the smile that put on his face as he enjoyed in during service.
