February 11, 1956 - October 6, 2024
Macon, Georgia - James Terrell "Jim" Davis, 68, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road. at 2:00 PM with Dr. Laudis H "Rick" Lanford officiating. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Hollywood Cemetery in Wartrace, TN.
Jim was born in Macon, GA to the late Julia and Tom Lynn Davis Jr. He was the owner of T Lynn Davis Realty & Auction Co Inc..
Jim was preceded in death by his parents as well as two brothers, T. Lynn (Buck) Davis Jr. and Matthew D. Davis.
Jim is survived by his niece, Deidra Davis; nephew, Justin Davis; several cousins, close friends, and loving caregivers.
Snow's at Bass Road has charge of arrangements.

I just found out that Jim had passed away. I had known him for several decades and considered him a very good friend. We had a lot of things in common and enjoyed many laughs. He will be missed by many.

Still hard for me to accept you are not here with us! You fought a good fight but God said "it's time". You are now with all of your family & rejoicing with the Lord! I have great memories & you will be forever missed! Like I told you the other day...." I love you, & will see you on the other side". Until then....RIP my good friend, I will miss you!
