I am another member of the Georgia College Basketball family that has just been notified of Jeff's death in an accident. My deepest sympathies goes to his family and Brandi. Jeff meant a great deal to me and others during my college years. I wished I would have stayed in closer touch. If there is anything I could do for the family, do not hesitate to ask.

I have just learned about the death of Jeff. I dated a friend of Jeff's during college and have very fond memories of him. It has been years and I hate that this is the way to find out about old friends but from all that I have read, I know that Jeff had not changed over the years. My heart and my prayers go out to the Ruble family. Brandi you are in my thoughts and prayers. I wish I knew what I could do to help in anyway.

I'm so sorry to hear about the death of your son Jeff.We were your neighbors on Shearwater DR. I knew Jeff when he was just a child he was always a nice and manable young man. We also lost our son Tiki in February 2000. I Know how hard it is to loose a child. I had to put all my trust in God. I still have good days and bad days but with much Prayer God has brought me a mighty long way. Keep looking to God for your strenth and he will strenthen you more and more each day. My Thoughts and Prayers will continue to be with you and your family.

Jeff is one of the reasons that my daughter got involved in and loved basketball. He was a wonderful friend and hero. My heart goes out to his family and all of us who admired his wonderful qualities.

God sends us angels and Jeff was the angel sent to my son Chandler. I cannot begin to express my love and gratitude to this fine young man. His love and encouragement to my son will never be forgotten. He has left a void in our lives, but the memories he left will be cherished forever. Our love and prayers are sent to his beautiful wife and family. I thank God for Jeff and the relationship he had with Chandler. I attended Georgia College with Jeff. We are a part of the Colonial Basketball Family (1988-1990). I never met a better person. Jeff will truly be missed by his band of brothers. May God compfort the family, during their time of sorrow.

I have just learned of Jeff's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Jeff and I worked together for 3 years, and our wives had daughters a month apart during that time. We had very common ground during that time. We also flew to Chicago for a Cubs game during that time. He was a fine man with a heart of gold. He was an inspriation to many young people as he gave his time to them teaching his passion for basketball. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing.

I admire Jeff and Brandi for their display of courage and love for one another during such a tragic event. Although I only met them both briefly, they have a lasting place in my heart. I knew Jeff from sportstown where he played basketball with my son.Jeff was very special to my son Brad. I can remember how Jeff was very encouraging to my son who was just a senior in high school.He shared many things with him about his college days playing basketball. I know he made a big impact on my son. I am so sorry to see that we have lost another fine young man.My son's best friend was buried last week after a battle with cancer. God has two beautiful souls. My prayers are with his family. His body may be gone from this earth but he lives on.
