Dear Janet, Angela and Family
My thought's and prayer's are with all of you during your time of sorrow. I pray that over time the sadness and sorrow of lossing Mr Cork, will lessen and that you will be able to reflect back on happier day's spent together at home laughting and enjoying one another's company. There are so many memories and images burned in my mind of Mr Cork growing up and I will miss him deeply. I miss you all. Love Terry

Your family and mine have been connected for so long; we have so many good times to remember. Jack's love and devotion to his familly, his calm and graciousness, his talents and gifts will be celebrated as we remember him. He was one of the good guys and we were all fortunate enough to share in his life.

We just returned from St. Simons, yesterday and read about Jack's death today. Words can't tell you how very sorry we are. Jack will truly be missed by many. Please know that we are here for you. May God bless you and your family and be with you in this time of need.

I knew Jack from his office, the golf course, and the pool room. In each of these aspects of his life, he was very well thought of and carried himself as a true gentleman. Everyone admired him. Jack will be missed.

We are going to miss "Jack" not only as a closing attorney but also as a friend. He would always make time for small talk when I would see him out. He was indeed a man of great character in every way. I have been closing loans with Jack since 1981.

Jack and I had a conversatuon about
a year ago about our old neighbor-
hood,how much it had changed!OhJack
and Charles go all the way back to
at least 1939!We one day friends the next adversaries,ha!I move away
in 1941 lost communications until
later when Jack and I were in a golf
tourneyment,We must have seen each other several since.

During the years I have had several loan closings with Mr. Cork and he was a very professional,honest, and kind man and he will surely be missed by all that knew him. My Sympathy goes out to the family because I know he was a blessing to them.

What a great man and a fantastic real estate closing attorney! Jack was one of the few attorneys in Macon who answered his own phone when you called and handled situations himself. He was a personal and southern gentleman and had a love for people and the real estate business. He was loved by the real estate community and the folks of Macon. I was sorry to read of Jack's passing. He was greatly respected in the real estate community as one the best closing attorneys in Georgia. He was always honest, thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and sincere. He always was willing to help younger lawyers, whether it was in the record room with a title issue or about how to handle a particular problem that they were facing in a closing of their own. He was loved by many and will be remembered dearly by all those who knew him.
