To the Bernard Family, Beth, and Sherrie,
I am so sorry for your loss. Joy and I worked together at McClellan in the early 1990s and again when I relocated to Wright-Patterson and she to Warner-Robins. We remained in touched throughout the years. I admired Joy's love for the arts. Her elegant, feminine mannerism was a breath of fresh air. Her hearty laughter will be missed. Even though we lost touch in the latter years, I knew she was my friend until the end. May God give you comfort and peace.
