Our thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless you all. It has been some time since we have seen Kaye & Jerry, from their time in St. Louis. As Kim's brother in-law, I remember getting together as a family over at Kaye & Jerry's and enjoying the pool and playing a little croquet. We remember Kaye always being very kind & welcoming.

As a close high school friend of Mrs. Johnson's son Kris, I had the privilege of spending many wonderful times with the family. Mrs. Johnson was always very welcoming and caring and always made me feel like one of the family and I pray my own children get to experience the same kind of love from their friend's parents.

To Jerry, and all of Kay's family, my loving condolences. The video shown here brought back so many memories of Kay. I remember her from childhood going to Winship Grammar School and then to Miller High School. We, along with her sister-in-law, Marilyn, were in the same sorority, SMB, in high school. We would catch up with each other at reunions and other Johnson family get-togethers. She was a wonderful person who loved her family deeply. My prayers are with each of you.

I have so many great memories of Aunt Kay and I am so lucky to have grown up with all my aunts, uncles and cousins in Macon. So many memories of Lake Sinclair, Sunday dinners at grandmamas, Easter egg hunts, family Christmas, spending the night in Grey, and family reunions once we all scattered..... She and my mother could talk for hours and hours. Including way back when you had to pay long distance charges! Not sure how happy Daddy was about that when it was Mamas turn to call her. Mama and Daddy loved her dearly and I know they were patiently waiting for her. I love you Aunt Kay.

Kay you were one-of-a-kind. Always welcoming to new friends, always ready to cook a meal for a bunch of kids invading you house or condo, always giving of yourself to make other comfortable. Very fond memories indeed.
