Luckie Daniel Burton Obituary
Warner Robins, GA- Luckie "Faye" Daniel Burton, age 67, went to be with Jesus on May 17, 2016 after an 11 month battle with cancer. She left this earth while traveling in an RV.
Married to Gary Burton in 1995, After retiring from Robins Air Force Base, where she was employed for 35 years Civil Service in the AF Accounting Dept. she and her husband struck out on a journey, traveling in an RV, that lasted 11 years. She often stated that she never once regretted selling their belongings and embarking on this journey. She entered into the gates of Heaven while in Hallettsville, TX.
She was born in Zebulon, GA to Ross and Dorothy Pinson Daniel (both deceased). She left behind her husband of 21 years Gary, three sisters; Maggie Burchell of Buford, GA, Thelma Hinckley of Warner Robins, GA, and Millie Cavaco of Biloxi, MS. She is also survived by three step-sons: Phillip Burton of Australia, Paul Burton of Moore OK, and Aaron Burton of Granger, TX. Seven grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
She loved, and spoke well of everyone she met.
A "Celebration of Her Life" ceremony will be held at Old Times Country Buffet in Warner Robins, GA on June 4, at 11a.m.
In lieu of flowers Faye requested that you make a donation to your favorite charity.

Faye was one of the sweetest and most selfless women that I have ever known. She loved everybody and always wanted to make sure that everyone around her was happy. She was an amazing memaw to my girls and an amazing mother to my husband Aaron and I both. She will be greatly missed. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.
