Marvin Joseph "Joe" Moore, Jr. -LAKE SINCLAIR: Marvin Joseph "Joe" Moore, Jr., 57, of Robin Court, died Wednesday, January 17, 2007, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11A.M., Saturday, January 20, 2007, at Elam Baptist Church, with Rev. Gary Thomas officiating. Burial will be at Macon Memorial Park. -Mr. Moore was born June 06, 1949, in Macon and had lived at Lake Sinclair for the past thirteen years. The son of the late Marvin Joseph Moore, Sr., he was a 1967 graduate of Jones County High School, a 1969 graduate of Middle Georgia College in Cochran and earned his bachelors degree in 1971 from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville. Mr. Moore worked as a representative for Handi-Clean products for many years. He was a member of The Gideons International, as well as a member of Elam Baptist Church in Gray, where he served as a deacon. -Mr. Moore is survived by his mother, Lucile Warren Moore of Eatonton; sisters and brothers-in-Law: Cathy and Bill Lamb of Eatonton and Alice and Mike Tenold of Milledgeville; and by a nephew, Cody Lamb of Eatonton. -The family will greet friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M., Friday at Bridges Funeral Home in Gray -In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Elam Baptist Church, 203 Elam Church Road, Gray, Georgia 31032. -Bridges Funeral Home in Gray has charge of arrangements.
