Hi Simmons Siblings,

I recently read that your mother passed away on July 1, 2011. Mrs. Simmons-Collins was a wonderful and loving person. I have known the Simmons’ for many years; back when my grandmother lived on Hollingsworth Road, and when the Simmons and the Fambro children attended Minnie Butler Elementary School on Earl St.

Please forgive me for not knowing that your mother had passed away because I would have attended her “Going Home Celebration”. I extend my heartfelt condolences to your family and you all are in my prayers and thoughts during this time of sorrow.

I know the Good Lord will continue to bless your family and give you up-lifting spirits to carry on.

One of the ladies, Brenda or Geraldine, please contact me via email... [email protected]

With much love,

Erica Bonner

To may second family,
I have always called her grandma from the start. I will truly miss her. I will miss the way she would fix us a quick meal in 30 minutes on Saturday evenings after Tiffany and I would finish our shopping missions. I enjoyed the past 19 years of her loving and caring ways. She always made me feel like a part of the family. I will miss you grandma. Tiffany, Tosha, Ms. Coon, Auntie Brenda and Jazzie, I love you guys.

Love Bev and Anywian
